Join us for another installation of our limited Summer Sunday Yoga Social series at the 7B Distillery.

Elizabeth will be joining us to lead an all levels gentle flow that will move you through various asanas in seated, laying, and standing positions. New to yoga? No worries. Verbal cues and visual demonstrations will be given to guide you through your practice.

After our revitalizing yoga session a delicious signature Seven Brother's Cocktail or Mocktail and some light refreshments will be served during the post yoga social.

This is an ages 18+ event. No alcoholic beverages will be served to anyone under the age of 21 or during our yoga practice. In the event of rain, we will move class inside to our upstairs lounge area.

Please bring your own yoga mat and any other props you might want to use.
