Join us for another relaxing and rejuvenating instillation of our limited Summer Sunday Yoga Social series at the 7B Distillery.

Hailey will be joining us to lead an all levels vinyasa flow that will move you through various asanas in seated, laying, and standing positions.

"I am a vinyasa yoga teacher and I love to create classes with themes that help my students think deeply on and off the mat. I received my YTT at Shamana healing center in Guatemala and I love to travel and experience new ways of life. I'm firm believer that the best thing we can do to change the world is be the best version of ourselves and to lead by example so I like to inspire my students to do just that" -Hailey

After our yoga session a delicious signature Seven Brother's Cocktail or Mocktail and some light refreshments will be served during the post yoga social. This is a great opportunity to meet new people and connect with others who share your passion for yoga and wellness.

This is an ages 18+ event. No alcoholic beverages will be served to anyone under the age of 21 or during our yoga practice. In the event of rain, we will move class inside to our upstairs lounge area.

Don't forget to bring your yoga mat and wear comfortable clothing. We can't wait to see you there!
