Our Ohio Blue Bourbon starts with fresh Spring Water, Locally Sourced Ohio Blue Clarage Corn, Delicate Winter Wheat, and a touch of Malted Barley. Every batch is carefully mashed, fermented, distilled and aged in new Charred White Oak barrels

This Bourbon has a rich and full-bodied flavor with subtle notes of Stonefruit and Baking Spice in addition to Caramel and Vanilla
